In the villa, when entering through the main door, we have an open space that leads to a guest toilet on the ground floor, a bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the outside. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with top end appliances like a hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and even an ice cube machine! Also, on the ground floor, we have an open plan living/dining room with a feature fireplace, 65" smart TV and a large bi-fold door that gives you access to the garden and pool area. The pool has a jet stream system and is next to a beautiful barbecue area. The outdoor area also has a dining area for 6 people and 6 sun loungers around the pool side.

Boasting exceptional high-quality finishes, our villa is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and as mentioned features a private pool.  The villa itself is detached and comes equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, providing modern open-plan living and state of the art decor. The villa also includes 3 En-suite bedrooms and two guests toilets.

Other features include a state of the art home automation system, solar panels for water heating, laundry room and double glazing with a thermal cut-out glass that helps us to maintain the comfort of a pleasant temperature inside the villa.

Our games room, situated below ground, includes pool table/table tennis, retro gaming (with over 60 games available to play), football table, bar area, smart 85" TV and relaxation area. There are also independent toilet facilities. For an additional cost we can also include 2 extra king sized deluxe sofa beds that will accommodate an additional four guests.

The second floor has two bedrooms with adjoining terrace. On the adjoining terrace you'll find a bistro set in the perfect spot for your first cup of coffee as the sunrises in front of you. Both bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. On this floor, you will also find a safe perfect for keeping your valuables in.

The external floating stairs lead you up to the roof terrace where you will enjoy stunning views of the whole of the Albufeira Marina. Our terrace is furnished with a comfortable shaded seating area and in addition has 4 luxurious sun loungers, all of which will allow you to soak up the heat of the sun. You also have a hot tub/Jacuzzi which can be heated for a small additional cost. Here you can enjoy the perfect sunset view that the Algarve is famous for. Finally our roof terrace is equipped with stunning solar lights and all of this provides for the for the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

Outdoor space includes a private jet stream pool with sun loungers, a beautiful stone BBQ with relaxing dining table, chairs and large parasol for a truly amazing al fresco experience. Located on the front of the villa is a relaxing shaded lounging area perfect for taking time out.

There is a large automatic gate opening onto a space for secure parking for 1 car.

Something to consider this villa hasn't been designed for small children you're more than welcome to take them but please note the swimming pool is not fenced off and the depth is 1m to 1.6m. Throughout the building is open staircases and floating stairs onto the rooftop that all have no restrictions. For their safety we feel that young children should be supervised at all times.
